I think Okemo would disagree with that last post... Their new 500 was "Guaranteed" to run every shift and all I am going to say is that there are less the 600 hours on it and that guarantee has gone by the wayside a number of times.

Once again Josh put's his now famous twist on reality, it was never "Guaranteed" to miss a shift. I have been around too long to make that claim especially on a first year production vehicle. Okemo has over 1100 hrs on their 500, and while it suffered a few missed shifts, we did bring it out for a few updates. We also had our Demo there while this was being done so production @ Okemo did not suffer. Josh how's the first year PB400 doing? Plenty of issues with that one that you fail to bring up. If anyone wants the facts, just contact me. Unlike PB we have nothing to hide from our customers.

Not sure what I am twisting, if that's the case I apologize. I am only going off the information given to me by the customer(s). I would tell anyone that if they want unbiased information they should talk to the ski areas directly, I can give references to anyone interested. I will be the first to admit that there have been first year production glitches with the 400s, but they have not missed a single shift and the overall feedback from people running them is positive. The relatively minor changes and improvements that have been made over the season have only improved an already great product. We are looking forward to giving everyone an opportunity to run it.

Apology accepted. While I have been told many things by customers in regards to the PB product line up, I refuse to air them in this enviroment. I agree that anyone wanting "unbiased information" should contact the correct ski area personal. I can also provide references upon request. Nuff said, case closed.
